This earth-driven Amarone begins with aromas of soy, fresh mulch and roasted mushrooms. As the wine develops in the glass, notes of chocolate-covered cherries and tobacco begin to waft from the glass. The palate is soft and lush with a core of dark fruits mixed with sweet and savory spices coming full circle on the finish with a deep umami note.
