Valpolicella Classico is an elegant and refined wine, pours a beautiful ruby red with purplish hues. Flowery, spicy, it evokes fresh morello cherries. In the palate it is a clean-tasting and forthright wine, fresh and sour, characteristic. Edgy when young, after a couple of years it becomes more balanced. A fresh and agreeable wine, suitable for starters and pasta and in general most Mediterranean cuisine. Also pleasant to accompany the entire meal.
