This 5.4% Pale Lager is brewed using a multi-step mash with 100% floor-malted Moravian Pilsner and hopped entirely with Czech Saaz throughout the boil. It's fermented cold with our house lager yeast and spunded for a natural carbonation. After lagering cold in stainless for six weeks, Speciál 13° drinks flavors of fresh baked bread and pushes light floral aromatics, backed by a clean bitterness and slight spiciness of our Saaz hops.
