This Bulleit Single Barrel pick is Barrel Strength (52% ABV) and medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. The mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. The fish is long and smooth with a light toffee flavor, but with deep oak notes.

Each single barrel uses one of Bulleit's high rye mashbills containing up to 36% rye, and one of their signature yeasts. The mashbill, yeast, and aging in new charred American white oak barrels gives each variant a unique flavor profile.
