In a world where distillers routinely announce their vodka is distilled X number of times, it's refreshing to see that Prairie says "each batch is distilled as many times as necessary," usually four to six times. The resulting spirit is equally refreshing: smooth, lightly sweet, with a creamy feel andclean finish. Distilled from corn, the vodka also is certified organic and kosher.
